1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyForgeStory ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyForgeStory is an AI-powered fanfiction chapter generator. The Service allows users to generate fictional content based on popular fandoms using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Credits & Payments

New users receive 5 free chapter credits. Additional credits can be purchased through chapter packs. Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

5. User-Generated & AI-Generated Content

All content created, generated, uploaded, or published through the Service — including but not limited to stories, chapters, cover images, soundtracks, and any other materials — is the sole responsibility of the user who initiated its creation.

Intellectual Property Disclaimer: The Service uses AI models to generate fictional content that may reference characters, settings, storylines, or other elements from existing copyrighted intellectual properties (e.g., Harry Potter, Marvel, Star Wars, etc.). MyForgeStory does not own, license, or claim any rights to these intellectual properties. All trademarks, character names, and franchise elements remain the property of their respective owners.

User Responsibility: By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you generate, publish, export, or distribute through the Service.
• You bear full legal responsibility for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable copyright, trademark, and fair use laws in your jurisdiction.
• You will not hold MyForgeStory or its operators liable for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or intellectual property dispute arising from your use of generated content.
• Any content you choose to make public on the platform is shared at your own risk.

No Warranty of Originality: MyForgeStory makes no representations or warranties regarding the originality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of AI-generated content. Generated text is produced by machine learning models and may inadvertently reproduce copyrighted material.

Platform as Neutral Tool: MyForgeStory functions solely as a creative tool and hosting platform. The platform operators do not review, endorse, or approve user-generated content and bear no responsibility for its nature, accuracy, or legality.

6. Content Takedown & DMCA

If you are a rights holder and believe that content on this platform infringes your intellectual property, please contact us via the Contact page with details of the alleged infringement. We will review and remove infringing content in accordance with applicable laws.

Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service; (c) resell or redistribute generated content commercially without permission; (d) create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system.

8. Service Availability

MyForgeStory is operated by an independent developer. While every effort is made to keep the Service running smoothly, there is no guarantee of uptime, and the Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyForgeStory, its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you generate, publish, or distribute; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyForgeStory and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to claims related to copyright infringement, trademark violations, or intellectual property disputes involving generated content. The total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
